I am on a mission to inspire people to take better care of themselves and get after their goals!
I believe life is too short not to live it. That's why I started taking better care of myself! I'm down around 100 pounds from my highest weight as I run for my goals across all 50 states!
This website is for anyone with goals. You don't have to like running! (I didn't until recently!) I'm here to share my journey of finishing 50 running races in 50 states by age 50. As I approach state 5, I realized the journey has very little to do with running and much more to do with the beautiful life lessons learned along the way. From last place to my longest race, I hope you find some inspiration for your journey. Life's too short not to get after our goals!
